Carolinas Neighborhood Garden

Thank you for your interest in its inaugural Year!

We are opening up our property to a neighborhood garden because 1) part of our mission is to serve & build community and 2) we want to share our outdoor space for health & wellness activities -especially following the tough COVID season.  We think doing a garden is a fun way to start!

Our current garden is 20 plots (5 feet x 15 feet each) priced at $35.00 per year (March - February).  We have water available onsite, plenty of parking near the plots, amended soil, some tools and gardening expertise + a plan to add fencing to keep the critters at bay.  We can also host gatherings for the garden group (ex. potlucks, education sessions, pool parties, etc.) if there is interest. 

We are currently working on a “Garden Guidebook” to ensure that we are respectful of each other’s plots -things like use of pesticides, where to put compost vs. trash, etc.
